STEP1.png

  • Contact or call our office (443-481-5145) to discuss patient registration. Have insurance information ready. 

  • Office will contact patient to discuss insurance benefits and schedule initial consult with provider

STEP2.png

  • Initial consult between physician and patient

  • Discuss procedure, patients past medical history, answer questions

  • Staff will review required pre-op testing-labs, EGD, imaging, cardiac clearance, sleep study, mental health, diet classes

STEP3.png

  • Patients complete all required pre-procedure workup,:

    • consults,

    • laboratory

    • imaging 

    • Diet classes (virtual)

STEP4.png

  • Your doctor will meet with you virtually 

  • Test results will be reviwed and explained

  • A procedure day will be set for the Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG)
